This in turn causing an infection that result in an abscess and tooth pain. If no treatment is carried out the infection tends to spread via the root canal into the bone and surrounding tissue.
Root canal therapy are often spread over three appointments. In the first appointment we remove the infected pulp and clean the canals. Next appointment, the root canals are further cleaned to ensure all the damaged pulp is removed. In the final appointment, the root canals are filled permanently.
